Second of three matches in this year's Spring League.
Today's trip was deep into Lancashire, Bolton in fact, Bradshaw Hall.
The weather Gods were not that favourable it was cold and wet all day, fortunately the wind wasn't as bad as first feared, although some pegs felt it more than others.
Members arrived at 8.00am to get breakfast, the draw done just before half eight, and the match fished 10 - 3.
Papperazzi stayed in the car today so no gossip and definitely no photographs in the constant rain.
I believe there were a couple of incidents with Frank snapping a section (again), and Paul Roby had a couple of sections submarine into the lake. The owner kindly came out and retrieved them.
Congratulations to all who fished in the crappy weather and extra congrats to our top three of James, Dave and Mark.
Also recorded a biggest fish today with Tony Savage weighing in a 12lb 2oz Carp.
Golden Peg today was Frank, which as it remains, adds to the kitty for a future match.
In a few weeks we will be at Partridge Lakes for our final match in this years Spring League, hope to see you there.
