Spring League - Border Fishery - Match Pool - 17th April 2010

 

Sadly no match report today as you paperazzi was at Tunnel Barn Farm at a Fishomania qualifier.
However I believe it was a good match and first match into the Spring League and we already have a contender for biggest fish this season.
Adam 'the beast' Hill caught a 14lb 4oz Mirror Carp which if past experience is anything to go by, will take some beating.
Ken Whibley was the unfortunate soul to get Golden Peg today which remains safe with Ken finishing 5th today.
Well Done Adam. Well done also to Mike Roylance on his return to our matches got a creditable second place with 60lb.
Thanks to everyone who fished at today's match, a great turn out with twenty one members fishing. Look forward to seeing you all at the second Spring League match which is at Rosemary Wood on Saturday 8th May 2010...
