Finally after thirteen matches throughout the year, congratulations to our 2021 Weekend League winner James Bryan winning with 71 points.

Further to last week's club AGM, match pricing was discussed due to the fact that the club has lost money at some venues due to attendance and/or peg fee charges.
It was discussed by those in attendance at meeting, and agreed that an additional £2 will be added to match prices from 2022 onwards. This is the first increase we have had in almost 20 years, so we've done well to hold off this long.
We hope members understand that this isn't a decision the club and it's committee have taken lightly.

20th October 2021 - Drennan International Winter Pole Champion 2021
Congratulations to POHAS club member
Jack Impey, who in the last two days has won the above event which was held at Tunnel Barn Farm down in Warwickshre.
The event was a two day event, and Jack had a combined weight of 196lb 10oz over the two days, beating the man in second place by over 9lb.
Jack won a pole and a significant wedge of cash, so well done from everyone at POHAS Jack!

We have been advised by Partridge Lakes that due to the current COVID situation they will have no matches in March therefore our Dogs Bollocks match on 13th March and our club match on 27th March will no longer be taking place.
Our first club match this year will be at Fir Tree on Saturday 17th April all being well and BoJo doesn't make any more changes.
Our new 2021/22 Club Licence is now available to purchase from our online shop here on our website, looking forward to seeing our members and new members during the course of the year.
