Location:

Shackleton Close, Old Hall (Nearest Postcode is WA5 9QE)

Situated in a Woodland Trust area, this pond is divided into two by a footbridge. There are 20 pegs available to members, some of which are suitable for wheelchair users.
Fishing is from platforms only. No night fishing allowed, members only, no day tickets.

Deck structures replaced during 2012 and completed in 2015.

Fish include: Bream, Roach, Chub, Rudd, Perch, Tench, Crucian, Mirror, Common & Ghost Carp

Restocked November 2011 with Carp & Bream, and in 2014 Perch were added

Parking is at the roadside on Shackleton Close (please be considerate to our neighbours when parking).

Please note: From June 2018 onwards Penketh & Old Hall Angling Society will relinquish fishing rights to Whitegate Pool and our club and members will have no access to this water.
Any queries after this time need to be made to Warrington Borough Council
